Thank you a million times! This has been such a useful clip as it eliminated all the confusion and questions about the necessity of fiber. Now all I have to do is translate this clip to Albanian and educate my folks
i think fiber is something that makes you full and helps you poop…:D i think it helps you loose weight too. its in Bran, veggies, beans, and some fruits right?
fiber is roughaga that has in beneficial in cleaning out the digestive track because processed foods are processed so slowly toxins develop in your bowels
Informative and well produced. I’ve watched about 16 or so of your video’s and they are an excellent reference / resource for healthy eating information.
Great work.
One small point on this video, a Tomato is a fruit right?
I thought this video was awesome. I am a homeschooling father, that wanted to find a video to explain what FIBER is to my daughter. This was very complete and comprehensive. Thanks for the video.
fibre is the roughage/cellulose found in foods like vegetables, fruit, and grains. it can’t be digested so it works out your digestive system and helps clean it before excretion!
links to the sources of the food pyramid charts and nutritional information in your videos would be appreciated . But your videos save me a lot of time, as i am an audio visual learner.
hey is it healthy to eat raw beans? like pinto beans- but just swalloing them like pills
also- if i eat em like that will i be able to fully digest them?
Fiber is the indigestible cells walls of fruits and vegetables, and is amazingly important to our health. Insoluble fiber sweeps our colon clean, and soluble fiber lowers cholesterol. Thanks for the video.
