The health of North Korea’s leader, Kim jong-il, has been the subject of international speculation since August when he was reported to have suffered a stroke.

Since then Pyongyang has been trying very hard to prove that the ‘Dear Leader’ is still alive and well.

Al Jazeera’s David Hawkins reports from Seoul.
